First time at Sushi Rose and it definitely won’t be the last! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was excellent from start to finish. The sushi was fresh, beautifully prepared, and absolutely delicious. Every dish we tried had amazing flavor and presentation. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great sushi spot with top notch hospitality. Can’t wait to come back!

This place is BEYOND AMAZING!!! Sushi Rose has the best food I have ever tasted! Every dish was prepared to perfection, showcasing the chef's skills and crew’s outstanding service. It’s not just fine dining but definitely a gastronomic experience! I’m still dreaming about this place! I can’t wait to go back and try the other dishes!

Definitely an amazing experience, I looking to celebrate a personal achievement and being an avid sushi lover I decided to try something new. I found really great reviews of this place on yelp and decided to just spontaneously show up midday. I have got to say I was blown away by how luxurious the environment of this restaurant is. My waiter Shannon recommended me the Lomo Saltado and I ABSOLUTELY loved it my compliments to the chef!!! In fact this was such a great experience that I decided to come back another day during the evening and bring someone with me! I believe I had Kiarra as my waiter and was looking for a very filling meal so I she recommend the Shrimp taco it was soooo yummy. Even got greeted by the owner as he was walking by speaking to guests! I plan on trying every dish on the menu, I don’t write reviews often but this was definitely worth doing so.

Having just come back from NYC I was convinced I'd never eat great food again. Rose Sushi was the breath of fresh air I needed right here in Winston-Salem to change my mind. The place was beautifully decorated and I just want to say that the black flatware was quite the boosie touch. (I'm literally searching Amazon for it today) The owners were really kind. Our server Kiarra was top notch at explaining the dishes and we wanted for nothing during our dining experience. Chef Armin really created a unique culinary experience fusing Japanese and Peruvian cultures. He award winning presentations that had me thinking about this dinner the following day. Rose Sushi is a must try great experience that's not hard on the wallet!

They were both attentive, kind, and genuinely invested in making sure our dining experience was perfect. They anticipated our needs before we even asked and made fantastic recommendations from the menu. Their friendly energy added so much to our night, making us feel welcomed and appreciated from the moment we walked in. As for the food—outstanding! Every dish we ordered, whether it was sushi, ceviche, or a delicious dessert, was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The fish was incredibly fresh, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. You can truly tell the chefs take great pride in their craft. Sushi Rose has easily become our new favorite dining spot. Thanks to Michelle and Leslie, our evening was memorable for all the right reasons. If you’re in Winston-Salem and craving sushi, do yourself a favor and spend a night at Sushi Rose. Sushi Rose completely exceeded my expectations! My waiter was incredibly warm and welcoming and his recommendations were spot on. The ceviche absolutely blew me away. Coming from a girl from Miami, I’ve had my fair share of ceviche, and this was hands down the best Peruvian ceviche I’ve ever tasted. Fresh, zesty, and full of flavor. What made it even more special was that the owner came by to introduce himself — such a kind gesture — and that’s when I found out the ceviche is actually his grandmother’s recipe. That kind of heart and authenticity really shines through in the food. Fantastic service, incredible food, and a warm, personal atmosphere — I’ll be back every time I’m in Winston-Salem, no question!

Really incredible and unique sushi experience for Winston Salem. Michelle was our server and she was outstanding. The drinks were light and refreshing and the sushi menu itself is this fantastic mix of Peruvian and Japanese flavors. It’s more of a bar/club style experience but a perfect evening out for dates or a classy dinner

Our first time trying Sushi Rose and our dining experience was excellent. Waiter was top notch and all our food tasted great. The techno music playing in background was tad loud but no biggie. Will be eating there again !
